Having found us with help from our friends on the Chasing Scratch podcast, Seth was curious and reached out to learn more.
Interested in getting a sim at home given what he typically paid at any retail location, the prospect of getting a sim that might help pay for itself was intriguing. However, it was learning about the focus placed on growing the Neighborhood National community that ultimately interested Seth the most.
Excited to have a nice sim at home to use as much as he wants, Seth is just as excited to create a fun spot to share with others and the chance to meet like minded "neighbors nearby" interested in the same.

Highly Recommend you sign up! This is the best simulator I've had the pleasure of playing. The ability to come and go is so simple. The owner is super friendly and can talk golf with the best of them!
Absolute top class! An amazing setup at Neighborhood National No.7. Plenty of space to swing every club in the bag without fear of hitting anything. The way everything is set up is perfect. From the lighting, to the Ultra HD Screen/Projector, and all the way down to the turf and hitting surface to limit impact on the wrists. No.7 is a hidden gem that needs to be shared with others.
Great experience. Top level equipment, easy to book “tee times”, friendly host, chance to work on my swing/game while having fun and meeting like minded people who love the game all for only $65 a month. What’s not to love about this?
