Where others saw a roadside flower shop, John saw a spot with a different potential. He bought it earlier this year with thoughts of a small mixed-use hangout for folks nearby. Coffee with friends, a barber chair might be in the works. And obviously prioritizing the right way... the new golf sim out back is where John opted to start. Excited to share it with neighbors nearby, and excited to be part of our neighborhood too.
